Reporting to the Produce Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Unload freight and ensure produce is properly stored and displayed.
- Prepare products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.
- Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.
- Procure, receive, and display product with a focus on well-organized, visually appealing presentation.
- Follow all Food Safe and Health and Safety regulations and practices.
- Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility, and Respect.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
- You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
- You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
- You have the ability to fulfill physical labour job requirements – standing, performing regular heavy lifting, and frequent operation of a pallet jack.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- You have a flexible work schedule; applicant must be available to work morning shifts.
