Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring, training, and developing an individual to reach his full potential. This role involves delivering effective job training at JEM, behaviour mofification, nd success within the JEM Workshop. The Coach will play a vital role in creating a positive and productive work environment that encourages continuous improvement and skill development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training program tailored to the individual's need and organizational goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help the individual improve his performance and achieve his objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for job training and behaviour modification.
  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, training activities, and participant progress

Experience

  • In job coaching
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning on the job
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to assess individual needs and tailor coaching approaches accordingly
  • Prior experience in job coaching and mentorship position is preferred but not required

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering individuals through education and guidance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
