Mr Furnace is looking for motivated HVAC Installation Helpers to join our team to help serve our customers.

Here's where you come in:

You will join our diverse team of industry-leading HVAC Installation Technicians to assist in effective performance of onsite residential installations of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems and equipment. Our technicians work with a wide array of technology and equipment, while performing a variety of duties to safely and efficiently install equipment according to safety regulations, with proper installation techniques. We pride ourselves in providing the best customer experience in the industry, and you play an important part in delivering that.

As a Mr.Furnace HVAC Installation Helper, you will be responsible for keeping work areas clean and orderly, while helping to maintain a mobile inventory of parts and tools.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters;( asset)
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC;
  • A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter's License;
  • Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • A valid class "G" Class Driver's License with a clean record;
  • Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
  • An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
  • Preference will be given to current journeymen apprentices.
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and on call.
