Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
Workday Finance Lead
to drive core finance initiatives and provide hands-on expertise in Workday Finance. The role is client-facing and requires strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday Finance projects including implementation, enhancements, and production support
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Manage finance ERP processes and ensure smooth integration with Workday
  • Utilize ticketing tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance Core
  • Overall 5+ years of experience in Finance ERP systems
  • Workday Finance certification is mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving and client management skills
