Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food service, preparing meals, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where culinary skills and customer service are valued. The selected person will play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

Our operation will be growing so the candidate will be responsible for running one of the location.

Responsibilities

  • Serve guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy hours.
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and health codes to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Support team members in various kitchen tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Assisting in prep lists and ordering.
  • Closing the kitchen down correctly and open as well.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards and practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive dining experiences. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who are eager to develop their culinary skills while contributing to a welcoming restaurant atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
