We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a variety of complementary fitness disciplines. This role involves leading engaging group classes, providing personalized instruction, and fostering a supportive environment for clients to achieve their fitness goals.

  • Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
  • Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to enhance client performance.
  • Provide feedback and modifications to participants based on their skill levels and physical abilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance personal teaching skills through professional development.
  • Pay is negotiable based on experience and can be discussed during interview.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar role within a health club or gym setting.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
