A Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA3) is required to support a large-scale electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) modernization initiative built on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. The successful candidate will lead business analysis, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and training activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project within the broader digital health transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, including preparing materials such as presentations, agendas, and meeting notes.
  • Document workflows, new business processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop business requirements, functional design documents, gap analyses, and user stories.
  • Provide recommendations to support high-level solution architecture.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support training, operational governance, and transition from project to operations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and clinical/non-clinical stakeholders to align and consolidate requirements.
  • Support additional business analysis activities as required across other strategic digital initiatives.


Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
· 10 years experience in a Senior Business Systems Analyst role, leading requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
· 5 years experience gathering clinical and non-clinical requirements in digital health/eHealth environments within a Canadian jurisdiction.
· 10 years of IM/IT project experience.
· 5 years experience delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform.
· Must agree to work onsite in Fredericton, NB, with possible hybrid flexibility after integration.
· Vendor limited to a maximum of two candidate submissions.
