Lead Marketing Project Manager – Canada First

Overview

The Lead Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution and delivery of creative and marketing campaigns across the organization. This role manages multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams while directly contributing to campaign execution when required. The Lead Marketing Project Manager ensures all campaigns are delivered to production quality, on schedule, on budget, and with measurable outcomes that drive lead growth and brand performance.

Purpose

To manage, execute, and deliver high-quality creative and marketing campaigns that achieve lead growth objectives while maintaining timelines, budgets, and performance standards.

Valuable Final Product (VFP)

Executed, on-time, on-budget campaigns that achieve their stated objectives of lead growth through creative, marketing, and production initiatives.

Who You Report To

Chief Creative & Marketing Officer (CCO/CMO).

Function Definitions

1 – Inform and then act (Get approval)

2 – Act and then inform (Handle, but inform)

3 – Act (Just take care of it)

Functions

(3) Campaign Execution: Drive campaigns from planning through launch, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and at production quality.

(2) Campaign Coordination: Direct cross-functional teams (creative, video, graphics, marketing) to execute assigned deliverables.

(3) Direct Contribution: Personally execute administrative and operational campaign tasks when required to maintain momentum.

(2) Workflow Oversight: Monitor campaign progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

(2) Performance Reporting: Pull campaign performance metrics, prepare summaries, and evaluate effectiveness against lead growth goals.

(2) Communication Management: Maintain alignment and clarity between creative and marketing teams.

(3) Quality Control: Ensure all campaign deliverables meet established creative, brand, and marketing standards prior to launch.

(1) Resource Forecasting: Recommend resource or staffing adjustments to the CCO/CMO based on campaign demand.

(2) Documentation: Maintain project documentation, deliverable tracking, and campaign records for accountability.
