Tutor needed for Grade 9 to Grade 12 for Math, Chemistry, Physics

Atlas Learning Zone is hiring full-time tutors for Online. Our tutors are required & are able to teach Math from grade 1 to 12, Chemistry, Physics & French. We are looking for tutors who are self-motivated, have a strong sense of responsibility, and are able to provide our students with the highest quality instruction in a personalized and engaging manner.

Job Duties:

Assist students with homework and homework assignments

  • Provide students with written and verbal instruction in a timely manner
  • Provide tutoring assistance to students with academic difficulties
  • Maintain a clean classroom environment
  • Must be able to work evenings 6pm to 8pm
  • Teachers will be trained on how to handle students and how to manage their time throughout the tutoring sessions
  • Every teacher will first ask and work on what the student has for homework and take up the homework assigned last class by us if applicable

Required Skills:

Highly motivated, reliable, and accountable

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the tutoring field
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Can tutor Grade Math also Chemistry, Physics & French

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:
