We are looking for a passionate and outgoing teammate who loves to work and wants to join a high volume (up to 800 meals per day) , fast-paced, dynamic environment
When you tackle this role, you are taking on a position that assists with producing three great buffet style meals every single day. You know all about standards of customer service, safety, quality and performance and you are a real contributor to reaching common goals. We use many local ingredients & value creativity.
With your teammates, you are going to make each meal period something our guest will look forward to, and that makes you proud. Here's what you will be doing daily:
- Ensuring that proper sanitation techniques and Occupational Health & Safety standards are used day in and day out
- Ensuring that food quality, presentation and consistency is something you are proud of
- Performing other related duties as directed by senior kitchen personnel.
- Working effectively in all areas of the kitchen
- Stocks and organizes work areas, fridges, freezers and storeroom.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
