The Lethbridge Community Out-of-School Association, IT'S A BLAST is committed to being the premier out-of-school care program in Lethbridge and is currently seeking qualified, caring, and reliable Childhood Educators to join our team.

It's A BLAST is currently looking for one Full-time, and one Part-Time Program Leader to join our team. Program Leaders at It's a BLAST are responsible for providing daily programming for all children registered in the program. It is the responsibility of both Team and Program leaders to deliver quality care at our programs and be committed to the success of the organization and continued self-growth and development

  • First Aid Certification within the first 8 weeks of employment.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check within 8 weeks of employment.
  • Clear Intervention Check within 8 weeks of employment.
  • Current Child Care Education Level (or willingness to complete Basecorp).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Child Care Education Level 2 or 3
