We are partnered with a respected, well-established organization within the
real estate development and construction sector
seeking a Business Analyst with strong systems expertise, particularly in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and HomebuilderONE. This role is ideal for a technically capable BA who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, optimizing processes, and driving system enhancements that directly improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions across multiple functional areas.
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories to support new features and enhancements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive optimization within Dynamics 365 F&O and HomebuilderONE environments.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, including troubleshooting issues, responding to system inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with configuration, customization, and deployment of new tools, features, and modules within D365 and HomebuilderONE.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure systems meet business needs and align with internal controls.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and implementation support for new users, tools, and workflows.
  • Lead or support system enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful rollout through testing, validation, and change management.
  • Coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support the adoption of system and process improvements across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
    , ideally within real estate, construction, or enterprise system environments.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
    and/or
    HomebuilderONE
    is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a significant asset.
  • Familiarity with X++, Microsoft Visual Studio, and ERP configuration is considered an advantage.
  • Strong technical documentation skills, including creating BRDs, user stories, workflows, and test plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with a proven track record of collaborating across business and technology teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and business process modeling techniques preferred.
