We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Indoor Playground Customer Service Attendant in Orillia. As a customer service attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our visitors and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their time at our indoor playground facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers upon their arrival, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with any concerns or issues that may arise.

  • Handle customer admissions, including operating the cash register and processing payments accurately.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the indoor playground area, including disinfecting equipment and surfaces regularly.

  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing any potential hazards.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

  • Keep up-to-date with the facility's offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a similar environment such as a playground, recreational center, or entertainment facility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage customer admissions and inquiries.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register operations/POS

  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the facility's operating schedule.

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties as needed.

  • A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR is an asset, but not required.
