About the Role

We're searching for a confident, people-oriented Outbound Sales Representative who's ready to grow with an established company entering an exciting expansion phase. This is a flexible full time position.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to business owners and facility managers through calls, visits, and networking

  • Handling inbound leads and referrals with professionalism

  • Completing on-site walkthroughs and preparing commercial cleaning quotes

  • Following up, closing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Tracking activities and pipeline progress in our CRM

Compensation

  • Base salary: to cover basic expenses

  • Commission: uncapped earning potential and residual income on long term contracts

  • Payout cadence: bi-weekly based on cleared invoices

  • First-year earnings potential: $46,000–$95,000+, depending on performance

Who You Are

  • Outgoing, confident communicator who thrives in face-to-face conversations

  • Experience in B2B, customer service, or field sales (1–3 years preferred)

  • Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up habits

  • Reliable vehicle and valid Alberta driver's license

  • Coachable attitude and a genuine desire to grow your skills and income

Location

This position is mobile/remote and based in Edmonton, Alberta. You'll have the freedom to plan your routes, take remote calls and attend networking events around the city.
