Shift: Rotating monthly (6 AM – 2 PM / 2 PM – 10 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright – 433A) to join our manufacturing operations team in Vaughan, ON.

The successful candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a highly automated production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on production and assembly equipment.
  • Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems (Fanuc preferred).
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and complete work orders accurately.
  • Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
  • Install, modify, and align machinery and equipment components.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support production goals.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • Valid Industrial Millwright License (433A) – Required
  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with automated and robotic equipment (Fanuc experience is an asset).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be available for rotating shifts and overtime when required.
