Accountabilities:
Underwriting/Financial Analysts are responsible for analyzing data, identifying plan design and making basic pricing decisions to assist in driving new sales and renewing existing employee benefit plans. In this position you will:
Qualifications and Competencies:
Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.Post-secondary education or related work experienceStrong mathematical skills and financial aptitudeAbility to show initiative and be self-motivatedDedication to continuous learning and self-developmentOther skills include: time management, communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteWe offer a challenging, team-oriented work environment, competitive income and benefits, and opportunities for professional and personal development and growth.

The base salary for this position is between $49,900.00 minimum - $74,800.00 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
