Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada Vitalus Nutrition Inc Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

DELIVER DISCIPLINED EXECUTION FOR BUSINESS-CRITICAL TRANSFORMATION

At Vitalus, we're unlocking the nutritional value of milk to improve lives. As Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you'll coordinate and drive multiple transformation projects across our operations—connecting supply chain, customer operations, and digital initiatives. Your work will ensure every milestone is met with discipline, accountability, and collaboration, directly supporting our most ambitious project to date: the launch of Canada's largest dairy processing facility.

IS THIS YOU?

  • You bring hands-on program management + a knack for influencing others — and you thrive on seeing complex projects through to the finish line.
  • You're a clear communicator + a pragmatic problem-solver — and you know how to turn risks into opportunities.
  • You believe in purposeful change — and you're ready to help a team grow stronger, together.

If this sounds like you, let's talk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

Lead Transformation:

  • Manage the execution of multiple, high-impact transformation initiatives across supply chain, customer operations, and digital projects—ensuring every milestone is met and every team stays aligned.
  • Identify bottlenecks and misalignments, maintain a risk register with mitigation plans, and prepare clear business cases and options for executive review.

Build Structure & Visibility:

  • Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and executive-ready reports that make progress, risks, and decisions clear to allstakeholders.
  • Maintain central documentation, standardize meeting rhythms and agendas, and ensure disciplined follow-through on all transformation activities.

Champion Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional working sessions, support managers and executives in building buy-in for process changes, and partner with People & Culture on change enablement.

Drive Accountability:

  • Follow up with leaders to confirm commitments, reinforce ownership of deliverables, and escalate unaddressed issues constructively to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 6–8 years' experience in program or project management, with a track record in transformation.
  • Background in supply chain or operations—ideally in food manufacturing or consumer goods.
  • Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Adaptability, discipline, and a collaborative, hands-on approach.

READY TO MAKE YOUR MARK?

If you're driven to turn strategy into disciplined, measurable progress—and ready to be the force that keeps complex transformation on track—this is your moment. Join us to shape how operational excellence is achieved and play a pivotal role in launching a facility that will influence the future of Canadian dairy. If you're ready to make your mark where it truly matters, we want to hear from you.
