We are expanding our system with 
AI-driven agentic applications

that can instantly generate insurance quotes, recommend the best-fit coverage, and support upselling opportunities. Our platform integrates insurer rate sheet engines through both API connections and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for manual rate sheets. The AI agent will suggest the most suitable premium and coverage in real-time, helping brokers deliver quotes at a glance.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced 
Insurance Producer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in 
personal lines and commercial lines

production, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain a portfolio of clients in personal or commercial lines.
  • Conduct needs analyses and present tailored insurance solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewals using brokerage systems and insurer portals
  • Manage relationships with carriers and underwriting partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 
    3 years of experience

as a licensed insurance producer or broker in Canada.
- Active 
Level 2 General Insurance License

(or equivalent provincial designation).
- Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance markets and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
