The Oracle Fusion Application Solutions Architect is responsible for the overall technical design, development, and implementation of integrated Oracle Fusion applications. The architect will ensure that solutions align with the business goals and are sustainable, scalable, and efficient. This role will engage with business stakeholders and external customers to deliver comprehensive and cohesive solutions.

What you will do
  • Develop and execute architectural strategies and roadmaps for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Architect end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) tailored to client needs.
  • Create comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and implementation strategies, tailored to client needs and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Ensure effective integration of Oracle Fusion applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of current systems architecture and propose improvements.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance stakeholders' understanding and utilization of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion technologies and industry trends.
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or a related role, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale implementations and projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion middleware and integration technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion applications are a plus.
