CarePoint Medical Clinic is in search for a part time Medical receptionist.
We are looking for part-time and full-time.
Applicants must be available 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Experience with Telus EMR or ACCURO is a must
Duties:
Daily patient intake and registration.
Answer and respond to regular and frequent phone calls for patient bookings, and follow up appointments.
Accept payment from patients for non-insured fees.
Manage patient bookings/referral process.
Daily clerical tasks such as scanning and faxing medical records, collecting mail, managing petty cash, filing, archiving files and maintaining inventory.
Gather, record and update medical, personal insurance from patient.
Maintain consultation rooms and waiting areas by keeping rooms tidy, sanitizing surface areas, stocking supplies.
Ideal Experience/ Qualifications
At least 2 years experience working at a similar job.
Experience with EMR, Telus EMR preferred.
Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
