We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver and Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with each other to load and unload items, making sure that all deliveries meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and Assist drivers in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Assemble all items
  • Ensure that all items are securely packed and organized for transport
  • Help navigate delivery routes efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers
  • Handle payments at time of delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse
  • Perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used
  • Collaborate with team members to improve delivery processes
  • Maintain a clean truck after deliveries.

Skills

  • Experience in moving and handling heavy items safely
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the day
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
  • Previous delivery experience is an asset
  • A valid commercial driving license is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
