Role Description

A full-time on-site role, the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including developing and implementing policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks will include managing quality assurance teams, coordinating with production and development teams, troubleshooting quality issues, and maintaining documentation and reports.

We seek:

  • Experience in senior Quality Assurance Management, including developing and implementing quality policies
  • Strong audit and compliance skills with a thorough understanding of industry standards
  • Ability to manage and lead quality assurance teams
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with production and development teams
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting quality issues and maintaining detailed documentation and reports
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Food Science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
