Director, National Sales

The Opportunity: Director, National Advertising Sales 

As a Director, National Advertising Sales, you will lead strategic efforts to position Captivate's elevator and lobby networks as essential advertising platforms for national and multi-market advertisers. Your role involves engaging high-profile brands and their media agencies—including OOH, video investment teams, and agency trading desks. Your goal is to meet your assigned annual quota by positioning the Captivate brand, including complementary products and opportunities, in a strategic and compelling fashion to secure and grow advertising revenue. This position demands top-tier leadership in developing innovative sales strategies, strengthening industry relationships, and spearheading high-impact campaigns. Your influence will extend through industry events, partnerships, and leveraging the comprehensive support of our marketing and research teams.

What You'll Do:

Lead strategic sales engagements with high-value clients and agencies, championing Captivate's value proposition Shape and oversee sales strategies to penetrate targeted markets and elevate brand partnerships, especially in key verticals. Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and client stewardship. Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals while ensuring superior service and campaign performance. Innovate programmatic and cross-platform media solutions to meet evolving client needs. Develop and maintain relationships within agencies and brands, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the account's organization, needs and revenue potential. Represent Captivate as an industry thought leader through networking and participation in relevant business and media forums.
