Position Summary:

The Shipper/Receiver plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing automotive parts and supplies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of automotive parts.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain inventory records and update systems accordingly
  • Ensure the department is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to fulfill customer orders.
  • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations (automotive industry preferred but not necessary)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
