What You'll Do:

As a  Bilingual (English and French) Dealer Services Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our credit team, playing a crucial role in helping customers finance their vehicles. You'll:

  • Make Quick Decisions: Evaluate a high volume of credit applications daily, assessing creditworthiness and making fast decisions on approvals or denials.
  • Solve Complex Cases: Tackle challenging credit applications, negotiating terms with dealers and using strong judgment for decisive outcomes.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate closely with Ford/Lincoln dealers over the phone, developing and nurturing business relationships.
  • Balance Sales & Risk: Help facilitate vehicle sales for dealers and Ford of Canada by providing financing, all while managing lending risks responsibly.

Important Note: This is a remote Bilingual Dealer Services Analyst position until Jan 2026, but it requires an initial minimum of 4 weeks of in-person training in Oakville, Ontario. There may also be periodic on-site requirements.
