Pür & Simple Burlington South is in search of part-time hosts with weekend availability for a high-volume breakfast/lunch restaurant

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Seat guests and provide them with menus
  • Assist in managing reservations and waiting lists
  • Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
  • Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Handle guest payments using POS system

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure

- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices

- Phone etiquette for taking reservations and addressing guest inquiries

- Familiarity with food service or restaurant operations is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$21.67 per hour
