Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and demonstrate exceptional sales skills. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding company products and services in real time.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored automation remote monitoring solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.
  • Provide knowledgeable customer support and assist clients with troubleshooting or system improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications with existing and prospective customers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience or familiarity with SCADA systems, remote monitoring, industrial automation, or instrumentation (strongly preferred).
  • Background in the oil and gas sector is an asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in electrical, instrumentation, wireless communications, or automation fields.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
