Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Configure STEMSOFT products to align with customer-driven technical specifications and requirements
• Ensure that configuration user stories meet the acceptance criteria as per the agile configuration process
• Collaborate with teammates (internally and externally) to enhance knowledge sharing and drive collective problem-solving
• Assist team members (internally and externally) by providing technical guidance and support, contributing to team efficacy and efficiency
• Contribute to the success of the team by being an active participant in team meetings and offering a solution-oriented problem solving approach

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in technical implementation or basic software development
• Demonstrated ability to configure technical products to meet specific customer needs
• Takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving and has the ability to think critically alongside the capacity and ability to handle standard technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$58, $79,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
