诚聘 : 财务助理 / Accounting Assistant

岗位职责:

负责收集账单、发票,库存管理, credit memo, debit memo

负责扫描所有财务文件,包括各种invoice和statement和其他明细、报销发票等文件的整理归档

负责公司内外财务相关对接和沟通,包括费用的记录和催缴

定期与供应商进行账单核对,确保数据准确

配合 IT 部门优化内部记账及对账系统

协助完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作

岗位要求:

大专及以上,有1年以上的本地财务工作经验,了解安省基本财务常识优先。

有库存管理(Inventory)或库存对账经验者优先

熟练使用 Excel 基础数据统计与分析功能

对数字敏感、细心严谨,学习能力强、具备良好的沟通协调能力

有责任心,能适应快节奏的工作,具有很好的团队合作意识

工作类型:全职, 工作时间:周一至周五(上午9:30-下午6:00)

工作地点:Markham,Ontario 需要到岗工作

语言:英语、普通话

招聘人数:1-2人,全职,需持有加拿大有效工作签证(学签,兼职暂不考虑)

薪金:$40,000 - $48,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
