Align accounting practices with industry best practicesActively participate in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts. Identify opportunities for improvement within dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)Required Qualifications for Our Finance Director:Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA designationOver 10 years of experience in accounting and finance10+ years in a similar role within a centralized function environmentERP systems experienceStrong adaptabilitySolid leadership skillsOrganized, autonomous, proactive, and sound judgmentClear and effective communicator and team playerDiversity.
