The Relationship Centre has Expanding to a Second Location in Kingston
If you're an experienced therapist feeling overbooked, undervalued, or isolated in your current role, you're not alone. The therapy field has changed—but at The Relationship Centre, we're doing things differently.
We believe transformational therapy requires more than just a quiet room and a booking system. It takes a secure, supportive team, well-matched clients, and a clear path forward.
This is your chance to return to the kind of therapy you were trained to do—within a team that genuinely gets it.
Who We Are:
At The Relationship Centre, we provide high-quality, attachment-based and trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and families. We are grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and we're proud to be the only practice in the region with Certified EFT Therapists and an EFT Supervisor Candidate on our team. The Relationship Centre was established in 2018 in Belleville, ON and we are excited to open our second location in Kingston, ON.
Our clinicians are more than contractors—they're part of a team culture we call Relational Excellence, where authenticity, collaboration, and clinical integrity guide how we work.
Clients come to us ready for change, and we're committed to walking with them every step of the way—through structured therapy pathways that support lasting growth.
What Is The Role:
This isn't your average clinical therapist position. At The Relationship Centre, you'll have the chance to:
- Lead meaningful change: Work with individuals, couples, and families to overcome challenges and achieve their personal and relational goals using evidence-based practices.
- Be part of something bigger: Contribute to a practice that's expanding the boundaries of traditional therapy, whether through community collaborations or programs that disrupt the status quo.
- Grow in your craft: Tap into advanced training opportunities, consultations, and mentorship to refine your therapeutic expertise and master innovative approaches like EFT.
- Develop areas of specialization: Curate an area of specialization to work with client population and presenting issues you most love working with.
As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to design your ideal work schedule while serving a community that values the exceptional care you provide.
What's In It for You:
We know talented therapists like you deserve more than a job—you deserve a career that inspires you. Here's what you can expect when you join us:
- A Practice with Purpose: Be part of a team committed to innovation and impact, where your work extends beyond sessions to community programs and leadership initiatives that leave a legacy.
- Unmatched Professional Development: Gain access to cutting-edge training in EFT, trauma therapy, and leadership principles rooted in attachment science.
- Genuine Collaboration: Join a team of forward-thinking professionals who celebrate your successes and support your growth.
- Freedom and Support: Enjoy the best of both worlds—independence as a contractor with the backing of an exceptional administrative team, so you can focus on what you do best.
- Competitive Rewards: Benefit from generous compensation and a supportive, values-driven environment where your work is truly valued.
- A Full Stable Caseload: Enjoy the security of a full caseload built from our strong community reputation and ongoing marketing efforts so you can enjoy a steady and consistent flow of referrals.
Who We're Looking For:
This isn't just about qualifications—it's about alignment with our mission to create transformational change. We're looking for therapists who:
- Are registered with OCSWSSW or CPO.
- Bring experience or enthusiasm for EFT, Trauma-Informed Care, or other attachment-based approaches.
- Eager to work with couples providing EFT couples therapy.
