Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Medical Esthetician Receptionist to join our premier medical spa and aesthetics clinic. As a front-of-house professional, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be assisting with both front desk duties and medical esthetician services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    • Greet clients as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
    • Process client check-ins, payments, and insurance verification if applicable.
    • Maintain organized client files and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
    • Handle administrative tasks including managing appointments, confirming bookings, and processing payments.
  • Client Service:
    • Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions available at the clinic.
    • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
    • Assist clients with selecting appropriate treatments, products, and packages.
  • Medical Esthetician Support:
    • Assist estheticians with preparation for treatments (e.g., setting up rooms, sanitizing tools).
    • Help manage the flow of client appointments to ensure a smooth schedule.
    • Perform light esthetician tasks under supervision when needed (e.g., facial prep, assisting with non-invasive procedures).

Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Medical Esthetician or completion of a licensed esthetician program a bonus.
  • Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetic, or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and medical aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Additional Skills:
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
  • Experience with patient intake and consultation is a plus.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.

Description du Poste: Nous recherchons une Réceptionniste Esthéticienne Médicale dynamique et organisée pour rejoindre notre spa médical haut de gamme et notre clinique esthétique. En tant que première personne de contact pour nos clients, vous jouerez un rôle clé en assurant un service exceptionnel. Responsabilités:
  • Tâches de Réception:
    • Accueillir les clients dès leur arrivée, en offrant un environnement chaleureux et accueillant.
    • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, répondre aux demandes d'informations et gérer les prises de rendez-vous.
    • Traiter les arrivées des clients, les paiements et la vérification des informations d'assurance si nécessaire.
    • Maintenir les dossiers clients organisés et veiller à ce que tous les documents nécessaires soient à jour.
    • Effectuer des tâches administratives, telles que la gestion des rendez-vous, la confirmation des réservations et le traitement des paiements.
  • Service Client:
    • Fournir des informations sur les services, les soins et les promotions proposées à la clinique.
    • Éduquer les clients sur les instructions avant et après les traitements.
    • Assister les clients dans le choix des traitements, des produits et des forfaits.
  • Soutien à l'Esthéticienne Médicale:
    • Aider les esthéticiennes dans la préparation des soins (par exemple, préparer les salles, désinfecter les outils).
    • Aider à la gestion du flux de rendez-vous clients pour assurer une programmation fluide.
    • Effectuer des tâches légères d'esthéticienne sous supervision si nécessaire (par exemple, préparation des soins du visage, assistance pour des procédures non invasives).

Qualifications:
  • Certification en tant qu'Esthéticienne Médicale ou diplôme d'une école d'esthétique agréée.
  • Une expérience antérieure dans un spa médical, un environnement esthétique ou de santé est préférable.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique tout en maintenant une attention aux détails.
  • Connaissance des produits de soins de la peau, des traitements et de l'esthétique médicale.
  • Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques et des logiciels de gestion des rendez-vous.
  • Apparence professionnelle et bonne présentation.
