Position: QA Engineer – Tosca Automation

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Tosca, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test data, and test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Execute test cycles, analyze results, log defects, and track them to closure.
  • Participate in test planning, test strategy, and test reporting activities.
  • Optimize and enhance automation frameworks to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to QA processes, best practices, and documentation standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of QA experience, with hands-on experience in Tosca.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.

  • Execution Lists
  • Test Data Management
  • Tosca Commander
  • Ability to design reusable automation components.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: $54,043.71-$124,531.98 per year
