Job Summary
The Case Aide plays a vital role in supporting case management teams by assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. This position involves working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met while maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between all parties involved. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist case managers in organizing and maintaining case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Support the transportation of clients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $42,967.00 per year
