Job Summary:

Start your next career working on some of the most beautiful yachts on the West Coast. We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. If you take pride in excellence, have an eye for perfection, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Successful candidates will help ensure every yacht leaves our yard in pristine condition. You'll also have the chance to work closely with other departments and assist in a variety of tasks across the yard.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general duties including washing, cleaning, polishing, and waxing both interiors and exteriors
  • Prepare work areas with surface protection and maintain clean, organized spaces with attention to detail
  • Shrink-wrap vessels for storage or to protect areas under repair
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Assist skilled tradespeople as required
  • Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision
  • Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
  • Collaborate professionally with crew members, lead hands, and managers

Experience & Requirements

  • Previous experience in house, car, or yacht cleaning
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, crouch, kneel, walk, and climb ladders
  • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and over the water in all weather conditions
