Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a secure environment at our facilities. Based in Ontario, the Concierge will play a key part in upholding our company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Coordinate guest services and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Support security protocols by monitoring access points.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
