Description
We are looking for a sales professional who knows how to sell value, not just price. You are relationship-oriented, results-driven, and understand the needs of architects, designers, contractors, and end clients. You communicate confidently and build trust easily. Experience selling building materials, interior solutions, plumbing fixtures, or architectural accessories is a strong asset.
Duties
• Promote and sell Division 10 (Washroom Accessories & Specialties) products for commercial and institutional projects.Meet and present to architects, designers, contractors, and project managers.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Manage leads, proposals, and project pipelines.
Participate in tender processes and collaborate with the estimating and technical support teams.
Analyze customer needs and recommend the best brand and product options.
Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the construction or architectural industry.Experience with architectural products, washroom accessories, or washroom equipment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); CRM knowledge is an asset.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Assets (Preferred)
- Experience working with suppliers or installers under Divisions 8 and 10.
- Familiarity with manufacturers such as Bobrick, ASI, Allegion, Assa Abloy, Ceco, Curries, and Steelcraft.
