Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be key to driving sales and fostering long-term relationships.

Support warehouse operations when needed (some physical/labour work involved.

Responsibilities

  • Forklift experience is an asset
  • Ability to perform light labour tasks as required
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales transactions efficiently at the counter.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Proficient in account management, ensuring client needs are met consistently.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.94-$23.73 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week

Work Location: In person
