That's because you know how to tailor customer-centric programs and can build effective, collaborative relationships that feed into evergreen programs. 

This may be the perfect opportunity for you as our Conservation and Energy Management department is looking to hire a Program Manager in Operations. You will be part of the multi-talented backbone of Conservation and Energy Management that oversees the long-term strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our team. We need you to take a proactive approach in streamlining processes and engaging stakeholders to ensure our programs continue to push the needle on sustainable energy practices. 

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining FortisBC's conservation and energy management programs.

• Oversee, manage and provide direction on the day-to-day rebate processing and administration for the Operations team. 
• Hire, train and create positive working relationships with our Operations team.
• Develop and manage program operations key performance metrics.
• Work with the Program Development team on program updates for training the Operations team.

• A bachelor's begree in business, engineering or related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of five (5) years of recent, related experience with demonstrated success. 
• A proven track record of building relationships in complex work environments.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
• An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
• A 'get it done right' and 'can do' perspective that fosters strengthened relationships through every engagement.
• Previous experience with delivering and communicating Demand Side Management programs and working in a regulated utility would be an asset.

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
