Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines - Assist with meal preparation and plating - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the line - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Adhere to all safety and health regulations Experience: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry preferred - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu items.
