At COMPHYSIO+, we're not your average clinic. We combine cutting-edge rehab tools with coaching and performance strategies to help people move beyond pain and into long-term wellness. As a Movement Coach, you'll work alongside a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and performance experts to deliver exceptional client care, through movement.

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or a related field, and at least a year of experience in coaching, training, or applied rehab
  • You're confident demonstrating and teaching functional, corrective movement patterns, and comfortable using tools like kettlebells, cables, suspension trainers, and bodyweight exercises
  • You're collaborative, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical-performance setting
  • You have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve lasting results
  • Bonus if you're a Registered Kinesiologist (RKIN) or hold a CSCS or equivalent certification
  • Must be available for a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

What You'll Do:

  • Coach clients through individually tailored movement programs, progressing them post-rehab to long-term strength and performance
  • Support our physiotherapy and clinical teams by collaborating on treatment plans and adjusting programs based on recovery goals
  • Deliver 1-on-1 sessions in a fully equipped gym and treatment space
  • Track and document client progress using our clinical systems
  • Be part of our evolving COMFIT programs, which blend fitness, innovation and rehab in a meaningful way
