We are seeking an organized, motivated and personable Admissions Advisor to join our dynamic growing team. With state-of-the-art equipment and a commitment to excellence in beauty education, we are dedicated to providing our students with a transformative learning experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent nurturing.

Sales and Enrollment:

• Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations with prospective students to identify their goals and present programs tailored to their needs.
• Articulate the benefits of our courses and guide students through the application process.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and sales goals by proactively building relationships with prospective students.

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries and providing professional support throughout the admissions process.
• Maintain consistent communication with students to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and academic teams to create promotional materials and events that highlight our programs.
• Represent Eminent College at local events, career fairs, and workshops to engage with prospective students.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and analyze key enrollment metrics, providing regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and trends.
• Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve the admissions process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally within the education or beauty industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
