Desktop Support Technician

Complete Technologies is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team.
A Desktop Support Technician contributes to the success of Complete Technologies by providing timely and professional support to our clients, excellent customer service and thrives working with a team. Our preferred candidate will have experience working for an MSP or within the IT space.
This Position Entails:
- Desktop setup and related projects for clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals
- Installing equipment at client sites, and occasional on-site troubleshooting
- Provide verbal and written technical support to clients
- Creating and maintaining relevant documentation
- Opportunity to grow into Tier 1 technical support role working with a Managed Help Desk ticket system
- A passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service

What you bring to the table:
- Knowledge of all currently supported Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Work experience in an IT technician or similar role, an asset
- A+ Certification, as asset
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable vehicle
The job:
- Full-time, permanent
- Salary: $20- $24 per hour
- Vehicle & cell phone allowance
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and ability
- 8-hour shift, 8AM – 5PM
- Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
