Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecom Business / Product Analyst with strong experience working on API-based integration projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for API integrations.
  • Work closely with development and product teams to ensure proper API implementation.
  • Review and test API requests/responses (no coding required).
  • Prepare process flows, API specifications, and user documentation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and support end-users.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Telecom / Network domain background (OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing, etc.)
  • Good understanding of APIs (REST/JSON/XML).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
