We partner with experienced freight professionals who excel at building strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
We are currently seeking experienced Freight Brokerage Agents to join our remote team. If you have an established book of business and a strong network of shippers throughout the U.S. and Canada, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview
As a Remote Freight Brokerage Agent, you will operate as an Independent Contractor, managing your own customers and carriers. You'll handle the full transportation cycle from start to finish, leveraging your industry connections and expertise to move freight efficiently and profitably.
This is a commission-based position with 70% of gross profit paid directly to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new shipper relationships across the U.S. and Canada
- Find and qualify reliable carriers for available loads
- Negotiate competitive rates with both shippers and carriers
- Manage the full transportation process: from quoting and booking to delivery and follow-up
- Maintain strong communication with all parties to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction
- Operate independently while adhering to company procedures and compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Freight Broker/ Freight Agent
- Established shipper network in the U.S. and/or Canada (required)
- Strong understanding of freight operations, market rates, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Access to a computer, internet, and phone
