As a Service Greeter, a typical day might include the following:

  • Welcoming guests in the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer customers inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or location
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area
  • Maintain a clean and safe service drive-thru area, free of water and snow
  • Assists Lot Attendant with duties at the service counter
  • Administrative duties such as: filing, copying, scanning documents and distributing mail/courier packages
  • Maintain records of maintenance performed, parts and supplies used
  • Build a strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
  • Perform other duties as required/requested by management

This job might be right for you if you have:

  • A valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
  • Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
  • A high level of motivation, energy and strong customer service skills
