Beauty Bar Medical Clinic is seeking a motivated Med Spa Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue, and manage client leads. You will oversee sales strategies, convert leads into clients, and ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales quotas for services like injectables, weight loss programs, and skincare treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to hit quotas.
  • Track, follow up, and convert leads into clients.
  • Conduct consultations and recommend treatments.
  • Collaborate on promotions and campaigns.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of med spa sales and management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$159,147.60 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
