This B2B role requires a hunter-minded sales rep to build and maintain relationships with local small businesses and grow dealer sales in the Edmonton area

A Typical Day

  • Drive profitable sales growth within assigned dealer network and territory
  • Prospect new accounts and expand opportunities with existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key decision-makers
  • Promote cross-selling to increase customer value and product penetration
  • Execute sales initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and shared services
  • Provide exceptional customer experience using company tools and resources
  • Manage forecasting, bidding, and reporting to support territory growth
  • Connect with customers/clients for regular field visits and face-to-face interactions

The Successful Candidate Brings

  • Post-secondary education
  • 1–5 years of proven sales experience
  • Hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills.
  • Comfortable cold-calling local and small business owners.
  • Ability to manage complex accounts while growing dealer sales.
  • Solid sales fundamentals; industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Driven by KPIs and performance metrics
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
