Westerner Park is seeking a full-time Warehouse Attendant to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Attendant plays an essential role in supporting the success of Westerner Park's Food & Beverage operations. This position ensures that all food and beverage locations are properly stocked and supplied in a timely and accurate manner before, during, and after events. The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for maintaining organized inventory levels, ensuring product freshness, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards in all warehouse and event areas. This role is key to maintaining efficient operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience through strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
Under the direction of the Warehouse & Procurement Assistant Manager, the Warehouse Attendant is responsible for the following:
- Transferring food & beverage products to locations for set up, responding to requests and bringing product during events, and returning products to the warehouse post-event, ensuring accurate counts
- Utilize various equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, company vehicles, gators (ATV) to assist with moving product throughout the site
- Ensuring freshness of transferred goods utilizing first in, first out procedures
- Accurate counting and recording of product levels for input into Westerner Park Inventory System for warehouse, concession, and bar inventories
- Removal of all waste, recycling, and perishable food items from concession areas at end of or during events under guidance of warehouse/shift lead
- Proper securing of product in warehouse, including but not limited to, alcohol product
- General cleaning duties as required (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.) in warehouse or any location, under guidance of warehouse lead

Here is what you bring:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or food & beverage support preferred.
- Experience in event or venue operations (especially in hospitality or food service) is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (required).
- ProServe certification may be required for handling alcohol.
- First Aid/CPR certification considered an asset.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks throughout shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory methods.
- Basic computer literacy for inputting data into inventory management systems.
- Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as work hours are event dependent.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
