Location: Hybrid – Based in Toronto or Halifax (travel required across Canada)

(REI) is leader in Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) and rehabilitation services, providing expert assessments in physiatry, orthopedic surgery, neurology, psychology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and vocational evaluations. We proudly serve insurers, law firms, employers, and government agencies across Canada.

As we continue to expand our presence nationwide, we are seeking a driven, self-starting Business Development & Partnerships Manager to build and strengthen relationships with key clients and referral sources, while leading growth initiatives in both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute a national business development strategy to grow REI's IME and rehabilitation services portfolio.


• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with insurers, law firms, employers, and healthcare providers.


• Identify new opportunities for regional market expansion, with a focus on Ontario and Atlantic Canada.


• Represent REI at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Canada.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and operational excellence.


• Track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnerships (preferably in healthcare, IME, insurance, or legal industries).


• Proven record of achieving growth targets and building long-term client relationships.


• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.


• Willingness and ability to travel within Canada as required.


• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Health Sciences is an asset.
